Do those follow-ups

After proposing a project, set a reminder to follow-up within 7 days. I sent a proposal to a client last week and forgot about it. I looked at my follow-up list last night, saw a follow-up item for this proposal, sent an e-mail to the client and received the go-ahead. This is not the biggest proposal I have ever written, but it is a project that will help the client move his business forward. For whatever CRM tool you use, make sure you create tasks that prompt you to follow-up opportunities.
