I learned recently that I was misspelling a client’s name. She has been a client for 5 years but never said anything when she received my e-mails or newsletters. Very embarrassing. Take this opportunity to re-read e-mails that your clients send and make sure you are spelling their name right. If you are, change the spelling in your databases.
